For 1–50 rooms, Starter is shown at the $199 monthly early-adopter rate, subject to availability. For 51–300 rooms, Pilot is $2.00 multiplied by your room count, with a $249 monthly minimum per property. For example, 80 rooms cost $249/month and 200 rooms cost $500/month. Communication usage may be additional. Portfolio pricing is quoted separately.
Enterprise is quoted around your organization. The current pricing page does not publish a single-property rate above 300 rooms, so this estimate routes you to a conversation instead of extrapolating a price.
